A cedar wood island provides extra workspace and divides the kitchen from the dining area. A glass door leads to a comfortable balcony perfect for lounging and entertaining. An inviting stairway leads to a Meditteranean tiled roof terrace. The 2 bedroom suite has exclusive access to this large roof terrace, another excellent spot to watch the waves, enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset drink. Casitas A separate small house with an open concept floor plan of approximately 600 square feet is situated about 30 yards from the big house. It is a private, self contained unit that sleeps a maximum of four adults or two adults with up to three kids. Amenities include a large AC unit, two ceiling fans, a kitchen, lock up box, bathroom and a screened ventilation tower. Five windows and a sliding glass door (all with screens) provide ample natural light and ventilation. The sliding glass door leads to a private patio furnished with tables and chairs, hammock and surf board lockup. The view from the patio looks out towards the extensive tropical gardens as well as out towards the pool, ocean and waves. A second casita is now under construction and will be completed in April 2013. It can sleep an additional 4 guests making total sleeping accommodations 20 on the property.
